2. Property assistance and transactions
Developer Connects is not the developer of any project and is not a party to your agreement with a developer. Property assistance offered by Developer Connects is optional — you decide whether to continue — and any purchase is a transaction between you and the developer. Always confirm the terms, any fees, and the project's regulatory registration before you pay anything.
2A. Who we are and what we charge
Developer Connects is a certified, affiliated channel partner and RERA registered. Developer Connects charges 0% commission on primary (new-launch) sales. On secondary (resale) and rental transactions, commission is applicable as per market standards.
3. A listing is not an endorsement
A developer's appearance on Developer Connects is not an endorsement, not a quality rating, and not a guarantee of the developer's legitimacy, financial health, project quality, or business practices. See “Listings are not endorsements” in our Terms of Service for the full position.
4. No guarantee of project outcomes
We make no representation or guarantee about any property project's completion timeline, possession date, construction quality, regulatory approvals, legal compliance, or eventual value. These are matters for you to verify directly with the developer and through your own independent due diligence, including appropriate legal and financial professionals.
5. No guarantee of appreciation or returns
Property values can rise or fall. We make no promise, projection, or guarantee about price appreciation, rental yield, or any other financial return connected to any property or developer listed on Developer Connects.
6. Accuracy of developer information
Developer information is sourced from developers' own official websites, publicly available records, and information supplied to us, and can change or become outdated. Always confirm current details — pricing, availability, approvals, possession dates — directly with the developer before making any decision.
7. External websites
Developer Connects does not send you to developers' own websites. If a website or other third-party link reaches you in any other way, including one shared by a Developer Connects team member, it is a site we don't control or operate. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any external website.
8. Do your own due diligence
Before making any property-related decision, we strongly encourage independent verification — including legal title checks, regulatory approval checks (such as applicable regional real-estate regulatory authority registrations), site visits, and consultation with qualified, licensed professionals.
9. Limitation
